The abstraction of human relationships through emerging technologies is the crux of my practice, as I have always been obsessed with Otome games, chatbots and MMORPGs and any simulacrum of an anime boyfriend. I explore this topic with romance, whimsy and a focus on narrative from the perspective of our new age of internet princesses.

Through this work emerged my character Egg Salad, a princely AI love interest who embodied this subversion and algorithmication of love.

Furthermore, I like to create work that asks the question: what meaning do physical archives and ephemera have in our digital landscape? What is the importance of tangibility and touch? One day all our current technologies will be obsolete, therefore I believe that physical expression is paramount to leaving a legacy of our age's cultural expression.

For many years, I have also archived printed religion-related leaflets, some of which you can find on my ‘Divinations’ page.

Feeding love poetry through chatbots and multiple layers of Google Translate is how I find most of my inspiration, as well as reading through my many, many religous leaflets.
